tried the new board, but there was nowhere near enough wind so I thought i'd grab my surfboard out the car ( remembered not to leave it on the beach!) and have a play on that with the kite. What a revelation! It flew, there was barely enough wind to keep the kite in the air and I was zipping along. It was a bit tricky to get started without footstraps and little wax but loads of fun.
Dropped the kite a fair way out and only just managed to relaunch it in the deep water and light wind, which then dropped off and called a halt to things.
Chris was also out on his surfboard.
Must get some footstraps on mine
Surfboards rule!!!!!
